Administrative Officer (Registry)

18.5 hours per week

Fixed Term until 31 July 2009

£18,550 - £21,458 pro rata per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Administrative Officer to join the Registry team in the Faculty of Media, Arts and Society. You will provide efficient and flexible administrative support across a range of functions including admissions, enrolment and fees calculations.  Duties will include data entry, word processing and dealing with customer enquiries.

You should possess A levels (or have equivalent experience) supported by previous office/administrative experience.  You should be strongly customer oriented and possess demonstrable evidence of computer literacy, good communication, evaluation, and problem solving skills. In addition, you will need do be self-motivated, a strong team player and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
