Administrative Officer (Registry)
Salary: £21,458 – £24,877
37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer to join the Registry team in the Faculty of Media, Arts and Society. You will provide efficient and flexible administrative support across a range of functions including admissions, enrolment and invoicing. Duties will include data entry, word processing and dealing with customer enquiries.
You should possess an HNC/D (or have equivalent experience) supported by a minimum of one year's previous office/administrative experience. Demonstrable evidence of computer literacy, good communication, evaluation, decision-making and problem solving skills are essential. The ability to be self-motivated and to work as part of a team are also key requirements of this post. Previous experience within the HE sector, particularly in admissions, and supervisory experience would be helpful but are not essential.
