myCourse is a personalised learning space where you can access learning materials, assignment details, course news and events and both communicate and collaborate with your coursemates in an online community of learning.
myCourse is available to students both on and off-campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Portal
The one stop shop for staff and students.
The Portal is your online gateway to the entire University and offers access to university services, such as email, myCourse, news, phonebook and the library, all in one easily accessible place.
Log in to the Portal using your university username and password to see a personalised view and links to your information.

|My Files
Access your files from an external PC - A new service for all students. The service utilises the Novell NETSTORAGE product.
Netstorage allows you to access your files from a computer located off-site, such as your home computer. All students can now gain access to files stored in their U: drive (your "home directory") and T: (Tutor) drive.

Other off campus applications for staff
The off campus page gives staff access to Southampton Solent 
University's Citrix Application servers.
This includes access to Lotus Notes 4.6.

|The Gogglebox
The Gogglebox is a showcase dedicated to work produced by the students of Southampton Solent University.
The Gogglebox contains award winning animations and short films. The music section contains performances recorded and filmed by our students at Glastonbury and Glade festivals.

Sports Kit
If you are a BSc (Hons) Applied Sport Science, Applied Sport Science (Football), Applied Sport Science (Watersports and Outdoor Activities) or Sport Coaching student starting in September 2007, you will be required to purchase sport kit prior to starting your degree.
You can purchase the kit from the clothing company Surridge Sport via their website|. They will deliver the kit to the University during the week beginning the 24th September (your induction week). In order to ensure your size is available we advise you to order as soon as possible.
