Solent Animation Awards
Each year the University holds an awards ceremony to recognise the achievements of the BA (Hons) Animation degree course students. Every year students produce high quality animations in a range of media, genres and disciplines and through the Solent Animation Awards their work is showcased to fellow lecturers, peers, family members and, most importantly, the general public.
Held at the 'Harbour Lights Picture House' cinema in Southampton it is always a well attended event and good fun for all involved. Each year senior staff members present a number of awards including the coveted "Audience Choice" award.
