Chris Brady
President of the Students' Union

Chris Brady is the President of the Students' Union for 2008-2009, and attended his first meeting of the Board as Student Governor in July 2008. He sits on the Student Liaison Committee.

Chris studied Criminology for three years at Southampton Solent University. During his second year of study, Chris was a member of the Students' Union's student staff and Chair of the Union Council. In his final year, he was a member of the Students' Union Executive Committee. Chris ran his election campaign to become President of the Union based around widening participation amongst the student community and getting more people involved with the Students' Union.

In addition to the experience that Chris has gained through his studies, he feels that the University has offered him a well rounded life experience through sport and his involvement with the Students' Union.

During his year as President of the Union, Chris is endeavouring to make a positive impact on students' lives whilst studying at Southampton Solent University.
